Presentation from representatives from Milone and MacBroom/Harrell
–Michalowski Associates of the marketing analysis document titled
“Cornwall Village Centers Marketing Program” prepared for and submitted
to the Planning & Zoning Commission as part of the village center study
recommended in the draft Plan of Conservation and Development.

Action on Draft Plan of Conservation of Development as amended.
Commission action
1. Approval of the draft copy as prepared and amended and as filed in
the Town Clerk’s Office, and
2. Date of adoption.
