MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CORNWALL

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION HELD ON AUGUST 17, 2005.

A Special Meeting of the Cornwall Planning and Zoning Commission was held at 7:36 pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2005, in the Cornwall Town Hall. Present were: Chairman Richard Lynn, presiding; members Heidi Kearns, Anne Kosciusko, Doc Simont and alternate James LaPorta. Jim LaPorta was designated to vote for a n absent member.

OLD BUSINESS

Commission Proposed Amendments to Open Space Guidelines

It was unanimously voted to approve the guidelines as modified. A copy of the revised guidelines is included with these minutes.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:24pm.
