App#555 – Town of Cornwall applicant/owner – Emergency repair of the bridge on Lower River Road over Mill Brook – Lower River Road.

App#556 – Michael Trapp applicant/owner – restoration of banks and repair to stone wall impacted by recent floods – 7 River Road.

PENDING ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS:
SHOW CAUSE HEARING: Notice of Violation – Cease and Correct - Adam and Charlotte S. VanDoren – 54 Bradford Road – Regulated activities including - Removal and deposition of material within wetlands soils, alteration of wetlands soil, activities within a watercourse, and the possible crossing of a watercourse without permits.

A. September 20, 2011 correspondence from the DEEP to the Cream Hill Lake Association regarding repairs to state registered dam #3102 at Cream Hill Lake.
B. September 27, 2011 email update correspondence from the State of CT DEEP forestry division regarding Mohawk State Forest.
