App #544 – Allied Engineering Associates applicant/Stephen Hart owner – Construction of a single family residence on land with activities uphill of regulated areas – 10.25 acre lot (Assessors map – HO3-03-20) with access from Railroad Street. Accepted at the January meeting based on the receipt of fee.

App #547- Kent Horticultural applicant/Adam Van Doren (and Charlotte S) owners – Petition for a Declaratory Ruling for land clearing and crossing of a seasonal brook for the installation of a pipe for a watering trough for agricultural purposes – 54 Bradford Road.
