MINUTES OF THE
MAY 24, 2011 SPECIAL MEETING - CORNWALL TOWN HALL

Present: Regular members D. Stevenson Hedden, Adam Fischer, William Hurlburt, Roger Kane, Alternate members Andrew MacDavid and Doc Simont, Land use staff Karen Griswold Nelson.
Others present; Commission legal counsel Attorney Perley Grimes
Absent: Celia Senzer

Chairman Hedden called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM in the Cornwall Town Hall meeting room with a quorum established. All members participated in the evening’s proceedings.

WORKSHOP MEETING with town attorney Perley Grimes regarding revisions to the wetlands regulations.
The Commission reviewed draft amendments prepared by staff with final edits added by Attorney Perley Grimes. Final recommendations, edits and correction of typos were to be incorporated into the draft document for a final review by the Commission prior to being set for public hearing.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion made by Mr. Kane, seconded by Mr. Simon to adjourn at 8:45PM; unanimously approved.
