– Petition for a Declaratory Ruling for land clearing and crossing of
a seasonal brook for the installation of a pipe for a watering trough for
agricultural purposes – 54 Bradford Road.
App #549 - Arthur Strassle owner/Wiley Gladson applicant- Maintenance of culverts and silt ponds on residential property – 195 Great Hill Road.
App #550 – Allied Engineering Associates applicant/Stephen Hart owner – Construction of a single family residence on land with activities uphill of regulated areas – 10.25 acre lot (Assessors map – HO3-03-20) with access from Railroad Street.

Amendments to the Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Regulations to re-format
and bring regulations into statutory compliance and establish an upland review
area – draft amendments prepared to be set for public hearing.

SHOW CAUSE HEARING: Notice of Violation – Cease and Correct - Adam and
Charlotte S. VanDoren – 54 Bradford Road – Regulated activities
including - Removal and deposition of material within wetlands soils, alteration
of wetlands soil, activities within a watercourse, and the possible crossing
of a watercourse without permits.
SHOW CAUSE HEARING-REVOCATION OF PERMITS 493/494 ISSUED AUGUST 2007 to Karen Greenberg - 6 Day Road/238 Flat Rocks Road.
