CCS Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Tuesday, April 20: to prepare for this event Katie will be in touch with Jill Carbone of CCEF and Robert Vaughan the CCS principal to prepare speaker lists and the setting. We also need to prepare:

Upcoming Publicity:
Debbie has a draft of a story about our experience with Alliance to audit the town buildings and update lighting. We will review this and submit to the Lakeville Journal

Upcoming Clean Energy Campaign:
Katie brought a draft of a campaign letter that will be used for a spring campaign for the Clean Energy Option that Gordon approved.

Update on ARRA Grants:
The town grant has been awarded for the solar panels for the town offices. This contract was prepared by Ray Furse and Jim LaPorta and they will finish the installation.

Upcoming Programs:
a) Anne may have a wind program soon
b) Katie is planning a program with Keep Connecticut Cool and also.
a summer energy exhibit with the library.
