CETF Meeting Minutes
April 7, 2010, 8:30 AM @ 10 Pine Street
In attendance: Debbie Bennett, Anne Scott, Katie Freygang, Nick

CCS Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be Tuesday, April 20. Jill Carbone of CCEF and Robert Vaughan the CCS principal will help to prepare speaker lists and the setting. We also need to prepare:
a. Invitation (addresses forwarded to Deb)
b. Press Release
c. Address- (Katie and Gordon)
d. Fat Spaniel Presentation (Vicki)
e. Food- (Anne)
f. Map of Sign-ons- Katie
g. Other special stuff- Posters (Deb) Masks?
h. Get help from other volunteers (Food)
Upcoming Clean Energy Campaign:
Katie brought a draft of a campaign
letter that will be used for a spring campaign for the Clean Energy Option that
Gordon approved.
Upcoming Publicity:
Debbie has a draft of a story about our
experience with Alliance to audit the town buildings and update lighting. We
will review this and submit to the Lakeville Journal later.
Upcoming Programs:
a) Anne is planning a program on wind for May 15.
b)
Katie is planning a program with Keep Connecticut Cool and also a summer energy
exhibit with the library.
Publicity Report: Not sure about this.
New Business: Debbie is bringing ideas for a community garden.
Next Meeting Date is May 25 at 9:30 AM, Town Hall.
