MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

8:00 p.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, members of the Board of Finance, one citizen

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

The Board of Selectmen discussed with the Board of Finance the demolition of Rumsey Hall, the anticipated costs of $50,000, time table and concerns expressed by the Board of Finance.

The Board of Selectmen discussed with the Board of Finance the need for a Town Meeting for appropriation of the funds needed. The Boards reviewed and discussed a draft of the call.

Selectman Baird made the motion to take this item and to sign the call to a Town Meeting for October 1st at 7:30. First Selectman Ridgway seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

The Board of Selectmen signed the call to Town Meeting for October 1, 2010.

Meeting adjourned at 8:50 pm
