MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Saturday, October 8, 2011 - 6:15 p.m.
Cornwall Consolidated School Gathering Room, 5 Cream Hill Road, West Cornwall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley, Engineer Dave Battista, Project Manager Roger Kane

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

The Board discussed Lower River Road bridge and reviewed the apparent low bid.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to accept the bid of Mohawk Northeast, Inc. for $ 497,000.

Selectman Bramley seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Selectman Baird made the motion to adjourn. Selectman Bramley seconded the motion which passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 7:05 pm
