CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

7:00 p.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley, four interviewees

INTERVIEWS: The Board conducted four interviews of applicants for the highway position. Selectman Bramley made the motion to hire Allyn Hurlburt III as a full time highway employee subject to a six month probationary period. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

RESOLUTION: The Board discussed the Great Hollow/Great Hill Roads project. Selectman Baird made the motion to authorize First Selectman Gordon Ridgway to award the contract to Allstate for work on Great Hollow/Great Hill Roads Project 031-129 for $212,050. Selectman Bramley seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
