MINUTES OF THE

EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Monday, May 22, 2006, 2:00 p.m., Town Hall

First Selectman called the emergency meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

Highway foreman Donnie Reid had dropped off a proposal for the Board’s discussion concerning the purchase of a new truck. To take advantage of the price quoted, Mr. Reid needed to reply to the manufacturer by Tuesday, May 23. Therefore First Selectman Ridgway needed to call an emergency meeting to discuss this option.

The Board reviewed the proposal from Mr. Reid.

Selectman Baird made the motion, upon Mr. Reid’s recommendation to purchase a highway truck. First Selectman Ridgway seconded. The Board discussed the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned 2:15 p.m.
