SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Monday, May 22, 2006

1:30 p.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to go into executive session to discuss real estate, Lorch farm purchase. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

The Board went into executive session at 1:33 p.m.

The Board came out of executive session at 1:55 p.m.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to tentatively approve the farm lease between the town and Christopher Hopkins with the changes. Selectman Baird seconded. The Board discussed the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
