PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman Richard Bramley, Selectman K.C. Baird, Social Services Administrator Jill Gibbons

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to go into Executive Session to discuss Social Services with the Jill Gibbons, Social Services Administrator. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

The Board went into executive session at 9:35 a.m.

The Board came out of executive session at 10:20 a.m.

No action was taken.

The Board adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
