SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Wednesday, March 16, 2005

10:30 a.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Ken Keskinen, Highway Foreman Don Reid, Magic Salt salesman Ken Grey

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.

The Board and those present discussed the pros and cons of the use of a new product called Magic Salt which is a form of magnesium chloride to be applied in place of the present salt for control of ice and snow. The Board discussed references of customers who have used the product. The Board requested an environmental report. Mr. Grey replied he would have one sent.

No decisions or commitments were made.

Meeting adjourned 11:40 a.m
