MINUTES OF THE

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Monday, June 26, 2006

10:00 a.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley, AFSCME Council 4 Representative Tim Oppenheimer, highway crew members Jack Malahan and Stephen Clarke

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to go into executive session to discuss union negotiations. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously. The Board went into executive session at 10:05 a.m.

The Board came out of executive session at 11:50 a.m.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to sign the agreement with AFSCME Council 4 for a three year contract. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 11:55 a.m.
