CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon M. Ridgway, Selectman Kenneth C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley

An emergency meeting of the Board of Selectmen was convened to discuss the authorization to sign the application for the regional village center STEAP grant which was needed as soon as possible for the regional coordinator to meet the grant deadline.

The Board discussed the regional Village Center STEAP grant.

Selectman Baird made the motion to apply for the regional Village Center STEAP grant and to authorize First Selectman Ridgway to sign the application on behalf of the town of Cornwall. Selectman Bramley seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 9:15 a.m.
