SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Thursday, June 15, 2006

10:00 a.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman Richard Bramley, Tim Oppenheimer AFSCME, AFL-CIO Union Representative, Highway crew members Jack Malahan and Steven Clarke

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

The Board discussed the purchase of a road side mower.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion, Selectman Bramley seconded, to buy a Beefco Rail Mower for $3200 with the addition of a slip clutch for $100 from Huefner Farm Machinery. Motion passed unanimously.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to go into executive session at 10:15 a.m. Selectman Bramley seconded. Motion passed unanimously. The Board went into executive session at 10:15 a.m.

The Board came out of executive session at 11:30 a.m. No action was taken.

Meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
