PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman KC Baird, Selectman Bramley, Katherine Freygang

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

The Board met with Katherine Freygang to discuss the Northwest Connecticut Energy alliance Grant.

Meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
