Minutes of the Special Meeting of January 27, 2011

Present: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman Richard Bramley and Selectman K.C. Baird

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

First Selectman Ridgway moved that the Board go into Executive Session to interview candidates for the position of Highway Crew Foreman. Selectman Bramley seconded the motion. The VOTE to approve was unanimous.

The Board concluded the Executive session at 8:45 p.m. and returned to public session.

The Board appointed Carol Lugar, Mark Hampson, and David Dolinsky to the Economic Study Group. Selectman Baird moved to approve the appointments; Selectman Bramley seconded and the VOTE to approve was unanimous.

The Board reviewed various budget requests.

The meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
