CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

9:30 a.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

The Board reviewed, discussed and finalized the Job Description for Highway Supervisor.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to go into executive session to discuss Litigation, Freedom of Information complaint. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously. The Board went into executive session at 9:55 a.m.

The Board came out of executive session at 10:05 a.m. No action was taken.

Meeting adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
