Minutes of the special Meeting of May 21, 2004

Present: Ralph Gold, chairman, Tom Bechtle, Sally Hart, Roger Kane, members. David Grossman, alternate.

Chairman Ralph Gold asked David Grossman to sit for Earl Brecher, who was absent.

David Grossman moved and Sally Hart seconded a motion:

To set the mill rate at 21 for fiscal year 2005.

The VOTE to approve was unanimous.

The meeting adjourned until the next regular meeting of June17.
