MINUTES OF THE CORNWALL BOARD OF EDUCATION SPECIAL MEETING
HELD ON THURSDAY, MAY 12, 2004 AT 4:30 P.M. AT
CORNWALL CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL

Board members present were: Barbara Gold, Chairperson; Phil Hart, Becky Hurlburt, Wynne Kavanagh, and Jim Terrall (4:43 p.m.). Catherine Tatge was absent. John O’Brien, Superintendent of Schools, was also present.

Mrs. Gold called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.

The Title I and School-Level Parental Involvement Policy and Compact were distributed for a first reading.

On a motion by Mrs. Hurlburt, seconded by Mrs. Kavanagh, the Board entered into executive session to discuss classified staff negotiations at 4:37 p.m. Dr. O’Brien was invited to participate.

The Board came out of executive session at 5:40 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:41 p.m.
