MINUTES OF THE CORNWALL BOARD OF EDUCATION SPECIAL MEETING
HELD ON FEBRUARY 24, 2011 AT 9:00 A.M. AT
CORNWALL CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL

Board members present were: Becky Hurlburt, Wynne Kavanagh, Thomas K. Levine, and Rachel Matsudaira. Phil Hart and Irene Hurlburt were absent. Also present was Robert Vaughan, Principal.
Mrs. B. Hurlburt called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.
On a motion by Mrs. Matsudaira, seconded by Mr. Levine, the Board voted to send the amended proposed budget totaling $3,899,471 to the Board of Finance.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
