MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

Tuesday, November 13, 2007

7:00 p.m. – Selectmen’s Office

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley, three interviewees

The Board of Selectmen met with three applicants for the highway crewman position.

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 7:00. First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to go into executive session for interviews. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously. The Board went into executive session at 7:00.

The Board came out of executive session at 8:50 p.m.

Selectman Bramley made the motion to hire Fred Scoville II for the permanent full time position on the highway department crew. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 8:52 p.m.
