Present: Ralph C, Gold, chairman, Tom Bechtle, Earl Brecher, Sally Hart, Anne Ingvertsen and Celia Senzer, members. Ginger Betti, alternate.

Earl Brecher moved and Sally Hart seconded a motion

To set the mill rate for the FY 2008 Town of Cornwall budget at 11.9.

The vote to approve was unanimous.

The meeting adjourned at 8:50 pm
