FORUM ON CORNWALL BRIDGE with presentations by commission and subcommittee members and P&Z Planning consultant Tom McGowan on various topics including the development of the Merz property, studies on the re-alignment of Route 7 and Route 4, the consideration of Village District zoning regulations, the consideration of the expansion of the GB business zone, the density of existing and future housing in Cornwall Bridge, the concept of complete versus incomplete villages, and the economic viability of existing and prospective businesses in Cornwall Bridge.

Presentations to be followed by a question and answer period and public comment.

Refreshments to be served – open to all interested parties.
