MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

7:30 p.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Ridgway, Selectman Baird, Selectman Bramley

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

The Board reviewed and discussed the 2008-2009 budget.

The Board discussed snow removal costs for this winter.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to transfer $19,000 from contingency to replenish the Highway Snow Removal line 01-425-620-50 due to weather severity and to transfer $14,000 from Capital Projects to replenish Highway Fuel and Oil line 01-425-620-12 due to rising costs of fuel. Selectman Baird seconded. There was discussion. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
