Notice of the Annual Budget Hearing meeting On April 24th 2009



Notice is hereby given that the Board of Finance will hold its annual Budget Hearing meeting on Friday, April 24th at 7:30 pm in the Gathering Room at Cornwall Consolidated School. The agenda for the meeting follows:



  1. Call to Order

  2. Presentation of the Proposed FY 2010 Budget

  3. Question and Answer period.

  4. Adopt Budget to be recommended to Town of Cornwall for approval at the Town Meeting on May 22,2009

  1. Transfers: Two

Numbers: Seven and Eight


Seven: $6,000 (six thousand dollars) from multiple lines to Highway Vehicle Maintenance.

Eight: $14,400 (fourteen thousand, four hundred dollars) from multiple lines to Highway Fuel and Oil .



  1. Discussion of Action items for Town Meeting on May 22, 2009
