EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

25 Kent Road, Cornwall Bridge

Present: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley, Highway Foreman Rick Stone

First Selectman Ridgway informed the Board and Highway Foreman of a communication from John Balletti of Connecticut Tar and Asphalt Service, Inc. concerning the recent bid for MC3000 application to town roads. Mr. Balletti informed First Selectman Ridgway that he cannot make the bid price of $2.90 per gallon. First Selectman Ridgway reported he will contact the second bidder Mr. Ed Weber of The Gorman Group, LLC to inquire if they would be available and at what price.

Meeting adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
