NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

Electors and citizens qualified to vote in Town Meetings of the Town of Cornwall are hereby notified and warned that a Special Town Meeting will be held on April 25, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at Cornwall Consolidated School Gathering Room for the following purposes:

Upon recommendation of the Board of Finance to transfer $50,000

from the Unreserved Fund Balance to the Highway Snow Removal Line 01-425-620-50 to cover current year expenses which exceeded budgeted amount due to weather severity.
