MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE

CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

7:30 p.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Bramley, three citizens

Selectman Bramley called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

MINUTES: The approval of the minutes was tabled until next Selectmen’s meeting.

ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None

COMMUNICATIONS: Citizens present brought to the Selectmen a concern regarding the pink house in the West Cornwall village. Questions were asked concerning the status of the house which suffered a fire several weeks ago. The Selectmen answered questions and discussed the situation.

TOWN MEETING CALL: The Selectmen reviewed the call for the Annual Budget Town Meeting of May 16, 2008. Selectman Bramley made the motion to sign the call. Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously. The Call and Return of Notice were signed.

Selectman Baird made the motion to table the other items on the agenda until a future meeting when First Selectman Ridgway, who was absent due to a mutual aid fire call to a neighboring town, could be present. Selectman Bramley seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

BILL PAYMENT: Bills were paid in the usual manner.

Meeting adjourned 8:30 p.m.
