CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

9:00 a.m. – Wandering Moose, 421 Sharon Goshen Tpke in West Cornwall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon Ridgway, Selectman K.C. Baird, Selectman Richard Bramley, Dan Bolognani of the upper Housatonic Valley National Heritage Area and Litchfield Hills Travel Council and a dozen citizens

First Selectman Ridgway called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

The Board of Selectman and those present discussed with Mr. Bolognani business initiatives. Questions were asked and answered.

Meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
