MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

CORNWALL BOARD OF SELECTMEN

8:25 p.m. - Town Hall

PRESENT: First Selectman Gordon M. Ridgway, Selectman Richard Bramley, Selectman K.C. Baird

The Board reviewed and discussed two budget transfers.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to transfer $5,000 from Employee Health Insurance, 01-406-575-44, to Highway Vehicle Maintenance, 01-426-630-16, due to the increased need for vehicle maintenance resulting from the harsh winter weather and to transfer $5,000 from Employee Health Insurance, 01-406-575-44, to Highway Tree Maintenance, 01-425-640-16 for the increased tree removal resulting from ice storms.

Selectman Baird seconded. There was discussion. Motion passed unanimously.

First Selectman Ridgway made the motion to adjourn, Selectman Baird seconded. Motion passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m.
