Inspections will follow from: Cl&P, Buildings Department and possibly a CCEF Verifier. A Zoning Permit was an oversigiht that we will fill in soon. Anne will figure out computer monitoring within the school.

Deb discussed the landscaping program with Phil Hart and is working with extra plants from her nursery, a fertilizing schedule and installation schedule for this fall. Funds will come from the school budget. She will look for a river birch as a memorial tree.

Katie will call Bob Wall for a celebration and inspection schedules.

2. ARRA Grants:

A. Cornwall Grant 29T Solar Panels: Do we want to use the money for baseline info and planning? Gordon does not feel that our baseline planning would require 29T and that we should use the funds for a project worth $29,000.
