APPROVAL OF MINUTES: November regular meeting.

PENDING APPLICATIONS:

1. App#532 – Arthur Schor applicant/owner – “Use of right” application to drain Hawkins Pond for repair of residential well located within the pond - 55 Flat Rocks Road.

NEW APPLICATIONS:

1. App#533 – The Hollenbeck Club applicant/owner - “Petition for a Declaratory Ruling” for activities associated with WHIP (Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program” approved by the USDA/NCRS in 2007 to address the channel instability and habitat deficiency within the mainstay of the Hollenbeck River and the installation of a variety of conservation practices over a ten year period.

INLAND WETLANDS OFFICER REPORT.

INFORMAL DISCUSSIONS:

CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED.

1. Information from the Cornwall Conservation Trust for maintenance activities etc. along public access trails under the stewardship of the CCT.
