Purpose of this telephone poll was to approve by vote the proposed FY 2010 budget

for the Finance Office. Copies of the budget were mailed to all members with the agenda.

Approval facilitated submission to the Board of Selectmen for inclusion in their draft budget for 2010

The overall Finance Office budget shows a 4.72 % increase resuslting from the contracted cost

of the town audit.
