INLAND WETLANDS OFFICER REPORT.
INFORMAL DISCUSSIONS:
Discussion of Cellco pre-application information received by staff proposing a telecommunication facility (one of two sites proposed) with access from Popple Swamp Road and/or Bell Road.
Discussion of proposed changes to the Inland wetland and watercourse regulations including an upland review area.

July 2, 2009 correspondence from Curtis Rand, representative for the Hollenbeck Club regarding the Hollenbeck WHIP plan project in Cornwall and Falls Village.

July 7, 2009 correspondence from the State of CT. DEP regarding a project being undertaken by the DEP and several fishery associations within the Housatonic River to enhance selected refuge areas for trout survival.
