App#533 – The Hollenbeck Club applicant/owner - “Petition for a Declaratory Ruling” for activities associated with WHIP (Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program” approved by the USDA/NCRS in 2007 to address the channel instability and habitat deficiency within the mainstay of the Hollenbeck River and the installation of a variety of conservation practices over a ten year period
